Course Description:

This course provides a rigorous framework for tackling complex, ambiguous challenges. Moving beyond conventional thinking, it equips participants with a powerful toolkit of methodologies from design thinking, systems thinking, and creative ideation. Learn to deeply understand human needs, map systemic root causes, generate breakthrough ideas, align diverse stakeholders, and implement validated solutions through iterative prototyping. This is a hands-on course for solving the "unsolvable" problems in business and society.

Learning Objectives:
